Verizon can make calls but not receive

Getting frustrated - No calls or texts, but mobile data works. 07-31-2019 07:51 PM. Since approximately 3:00 PM today, I have not been able to send or receive calls or texts. I called Tech Support at 6:00 PM. At 9:10 PM, I was placed on hold "for a minute". At 9:15 PM, I was disconnected.
