Apr 1, 2013 · I had put about 5000 miles on the Street Glide in the year I owned it. In my opinion, I believe the Road Glide offers better wind protection than the Street Glide. With the Street Glide I felt I could never reduce the helmet buffeting to an acceptable level for me. I tried four different windshields, three seats and three helmets.
