Yes due to everything being close to each other.I do a 15X15 room, with a wall in the middle of it separating it in half (I leave 2 "doorways" so it's 1 room) One half gets a bunch of 1x2 tables, the other half gets pool table, poker table, mega flat screen, telescopes (you can remove 2 ceiling panels and still be good) you end up with an impressive dining room and rec room. 3.Unless your outside temperature exceeds 75c, the AC unit can handle heat build up to about 170c before it catches fire. Plenty to keep your freezer at -5c. Alternatively, dig a heat pipe outside the mountain, leave 2 cells unroofed and triple wall in the area so the heat can dissipate into the atmosphere.

Hello all, I am playing Rimworld for 1-2 weeks. I have builded my base outdoors for sometime, but mortar sieges is completely destroying me so I started a mountain base. Question is, how can i build a freezer without making the base volatile to digger ( miner ) raids? The exhaust area is not enough to cool the fridge.
