Switched to Sofi for the 4% interest rate and to get the $250 new account bonus, but only because I recently got a job that pays through direct deposit. Otherwise, very similar functionality. Both do buckets/vaults for savings, similar interest rates, e-check deposits, etc. Ally recently raised their money market account to 4% and doesn't require direct deposit.soifons. It syncs my transactions from SoFi via Finicity. The connection has been down now for over 2 weeks with no resolution in sight.
