I would check all electrical connections starting at the battery. Any harnesses that you disconnected or may have jostled during the job. And make sure the negative battery cable is well grounded. No spark pulls code 636 -crank position sensor or CPS abbreviated. Issue: Shorted out or broken wire on the back main harness the CPS (crank position sensor) plugs into. Located under the airbox tube and intake manifold tube, this is a branch off the main wiring harness that the CPS plugs into. Solution: Solder and re-insulate the broken wire.Confirmed. Morning temps close to freezing. Crank no start… every once in a while would catch an idle then die. Did not have a lot of tools in camp so swapped a few relays, charged battery, tried priming with key on a bunch, but nothing. Tested fuel pressure: 12 - 18 psi. Replaced fuel pump: now with key first on 58psi.
