I’d say nothing. They both cover the light. The low profile is nice but in no means a massive innovation compared to a butler creek cap. If one were really diving deep into it, they could say that the butler creek has a mechanism to open and close which could break, whereas the OHC cap would just need a replacement shock cord (which is included) or ranger band.
