Microsoft videos
Hello Patricia, they are video project files that I created in Photos using Video Editor. They aren't there anymore. It doesn't tell you where they get stored. You just create a video project and it saves automatically. All I've been doing is opening and closing that app to view my videos. Yes I looked in "Photos" and "Videos" nothing there.
