There are two versions and it is not possible to raise the building limit on the Xbox One Version. However, it is possible to play the Series X/S Version on the Xbox One via Cloud Gaming and it is possible to raise the limit this way! The skillpoints are just a multiplicator to the base work speed and the set percents. Say 10 logs per day and skillpoint mean with 2 workers and skill 3 and 2 its 50 logs per day (or 5 per hour during worktime 8am - 6pm). The percents aren´t flexible, if you only set 10% and don´t use the last 90% on any reason, they only produce with the 10%.
