Thank you guys for helping and giving suggestions, the culprit was Previs Repair Pack. Huge warning to anyone following the Midnight Ride guide to be careful using this mod as it can screw up your save upon uninstall (almost instant CTDs) and it causes these visual glitches as it’s most likely conflicting with UFO4P and the other FPS fixes in the guide.

If you use any of the scrapper type mods like spring cleaning, scrap everything, cleaner settlements, etc... you've probably experienced area's in the game where textures (walls, floors, ceilings, trees, etc...) don't render properly. Sometimes completely disappearing and reappearing from a different angle or when you get really close ...This "texture flicker" is objects blinking in and out of existence because you broke the games occlusion culling system using mods. Game thinks these objects aren't visible anyway (because your mods tell it that) so it doesn't draw them. This should be fixable by finding a sane load order. Reply.
