I find BrownCafe (Fedex discussion section) to be comprised of 6-8 people who are current employees, 4 or 5 retired bitter employees, and a couple of Contractors who believe it will be no big deal to handle "a few" time commit pkg's and pups. Seems to me plane arrival and departure mean little. Nevermind breaking route which happens every day.
