Really confused here. I have a full city, around 300k cims all tiles unlocked. I have a few industrial sectors and a few commercial districts. My industrial is telling me that there isn't enough buyers of goods, and my commercial is telling me that there isn't enough goods to sell. So its obvious that my problem is that industrial goods are not …
