Checking for corrupted data switch

I check those two games for corrupted data, my switch doesn't find any, I delete them both and download them both, I still can't open them, now I have 3 games that I can't play, great. I follow a tutorial on how to reset my switch without losing my user data, and do it.

I have seen some claim already that the Switch can only check for corruption of digital software and updates, and that it cannot distinguish a corrupt save from a normal one.
