I recently had to contact support for a failed DFI sensor (out of warranty), and got a response within a few days. After some discussion with support, they did send me a new DFI kit, so in total that process took about 2 weeks to have the replacement part delivered. Since you are still in warranty, I imagine that process will be quicker for you. I'm at my wit's end since I'm going on a trip in a few months and I'll need the Litter Robot to be able to run while I'm away. Suggestions?
