My current nexplanon is expired, about 3 months expired. I have been experiencing light red almost a pink spotting, nothing that marks the underwear or anything, just when I wipe. I’ve also gotten like brown clumps/discharge. I feel kinda crampy, kind of like menstrual cramps. This has been going on for almost a week.
