As a former NYC resident I am proud to say that Bo’s bagels are by far the BEST in bend. The bake is always lovely and the chew reminds me of many amazing NYC bagels I consumed over my 7 years living there. As a pastry chef I also can vouch for the bake. Bo’s has the secret sauce!!!
